Discord

For members of a specific Discord server using USMBOT, the fastest path for day-to-day questions is your own server's staff/support channel. For issues with the service itself, use the support email above once configured.

Operator note: No support email or Discord support-server invite currently exists in this project's configuration, so none has been published here in order to avoid displaying a contact method that doesn't actually work. Once a real support email (and/or a support Discord server invite) is provided, this page should be updated to show it — see the deployment report for exactly what's needed.

What to include in a support request

Your Discord User ID and/or Discord username
Your Roblox User ID and/or Roblox username, if applicable
A clear description of the issue or request (e.g. privacy question, deletion request, verification problem)
