1. Acceptance of terms

By using USMBOT, verifying a Roblox account through it, or being a member of a Discord server that has USMBOT installed, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

USMBOT is an independently operated Discord bot that verifies ownership of a Roblox account via Roblox's official OAuth login, links the verified Roblox account to the member's Discord account, and — where a community configures it — synchronizes Discord roles based on the member's Roblox group rank. It also provides community administration tooling to server staff.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to lawfully hold a Discord account and a Roblox account under Discord's and Roblox's respective Terms of Service, including any minimum age requirements those platforms set, to use this service. If you do not meet either platform's eligibility requirements, do not attempt to use USMBOT.

4. Roblox / Discord account requirements

Verification requires a genuine Roblox account that you control and are authorized to authenticate with via Roblox OAuth, and a Discord account in good standing on a server where USMBOT is installed. You are responsible for the security of both accounts, including using strong, unique passwords and enabling available account protections such as two-factor authentication.

5. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information where the service asks you to supply it directly (e.g., a Roblox username to begin verification)
• Only attempt to verify a Roblox account that is genuinely yours
• Keep your Discord and Roblox account credentials confidential — we will never ask for your password
• Comply with the rules of any Discord server or Roblox group you interact with through the service

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Attempt to verify a Roblox account you do not own or are not authorized to use
• Use automation, self-bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools to interact with USMBOT's commands or OAuth endpoints
• Attempt to bypass, spoof, or forge the OAuth state/verification flow, or otherwise attempt to circumvent identity verification
• Probe, scan, or attempt to exploit the service's infrastructure, or attempt to access another user's data without authorization
• Use the service to harass, impersonate, or abuse other users
• Interfere with the service's availability, e.g. through excessive automated requests

7. Verification system rules

Each Roblox account may generally be linked to only one Discord account at a time; the system will reject a Roblox account that is already actively linked elsewhere. Verification links, role assignments, and rank mappings are maintained by the service and by the staff of the Discord community you belong to, and may be reviewed, corrected, or revoked by that community's authorized staff or by us where necessary for security or policy enforcement.

8. Discord server / community administration

Server owners and staff who install USMBOT are responsible for configuring it appropriately for their community (including rank mappings and permissions) and for how they use the administrative data USMBOT exposes to them. We are not responsible for how an individual community's staff choose to use verification data within their own server, beyond the safeguards this service itself enforces.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate a user's verification link, or a server's access to USMBOT, at our discretion — including for violation of these terms, suspected abuse of the verification system, security concerns, or at the reasonable request of the affected Discord server's ownership. You may stop using the service at any time; see the Data Deletion page to request removal of your data.

10. Availability

USMBOT is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, due to issues with Discord's or Roblox's platforms, or for other operational reasons.

11. Changes to the service

We may modify, extend, or discontinue features of USMBOT at any time, including the data fields it collects (which will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy before taking effect where the change is material).

12. Intellectual property

The USMBOT name, this site's original design, and its underlying software are the property of the service operator, except where third-party assets (such as the Roblox and Discord marks referenced for identification purposes) are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to USMBOT's software beyond ordinary use of the service as intended.

13. Third-party platforms

Your use of Roblox and Discord themselves is governed by their own terms, independent of this service:

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of Roblox or Discord, and nothing here modifies your agreements with them.

14. Disclaimers

USMBOT is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that verification results will be error-free in every case.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, USMBOT — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continuing to use USMBOT after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
