AegisHQ is a private military command and management dashboard created for the AegisHQ Platform Roblox group community. It provides regiment management, personnel rosters, role synchronisation between Discord and Roblox, internal communications, an awards and decorations system, recruitment boards, and examination tools.
The platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the AegisHQ Platform, the UK Ministry of Defence, Discord Inc., or Roblox Corporation. It is an independently operated community tool.

The platform operators reserve the right to revoke or restrict access to any individual at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to community rule violations, inactivity, or abuse of platform features.

AegisHQ uses official OAuth 2.0 flows provided by Discord and Roblox to link your accounts. By authorising these connections, you acknowledge:
Upon linking your Roblox account, the platform will:
Role synchronisation is automatic. If your Roblox rank changes, your Discord roles will update at the next sync cycle. You may also trigger a manual sync from the Verification tab at any time.
AegisHQ maintains an internal personnel roster of all verified members. This includes your Discord tag, Roblox username, regiment, rank, and any medals or commendations awarded to you. This data is visible to authorised platform staff.
All administrative actions taken on the platform — including awards, promotions, rank changes, access grants, and moderation decisions — are recorded in an audit log. These records serve as an accountability mechanism for the command structure and may be reviewed by senior staff.
You may request to view your own audit log entries or have specific entries corrected by contacting platform administration.

Administrative decisions are final. Appeals may be raised through the AegisHQ Platform Discord server through appropriate command channels.
The AegisHQ platform, including its design, codebase, UI, and branding, is the intellectual property of its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without explicit written permission.
Content submitted by users through platform features (mail, announcements, live chat) remains the property of the user, but you grant the platform operators a non-exclusive licence to store and display that content as part of the platform's operation.
AegisHQ is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of Discord roles, or missed communications.
Your use of AegisHQ does not supersede or replace your obligations under the terms of service of Discord and Roblox. You must remain compliant with both at all times:
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Revised" date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes may be announced through the AegisHQ Platform Discord server. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
