What can be deleted

On request, we will delete the personal data tied to your Discord and/or Roblox account that this service controls, including:

• The active link between your Discord User ID and Roblox User ID
• Your stored Roblox username/display name and Discord username/display name
• Verification timestamps and status tied to your record
• Role/rank mapping assignments specific to your account

What may need to be retained

Some records may need to be retained even after a deletion request, for a limited time and a legitimate reason:

• Security and abuse-prevention records — e.g. evidence needed to investigate fraudulent verification attempts or account-linking abuse
• Audit trail entries where a record documents an action taken by community staff (such as a rank change) and removing it would compromise the historical accuracy of that audit trail — in this case we will disassociate what we reasonably can rather than delete the entire record outright
• Data we are legally required to retain, if applicable
• Backups that have already been made at the time of your request, which age out and are overwritten on our normal backup rotation rather than being individually edited

We will tell you plainly if part of your request cannot be fulfilled immediately and why.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request through the method listed on our Contact page. Include:

• Your Discord User ID (and/or Discord username)
• Your Roblox User ID (and/or Roblox username), if your account is verified
• A statement that you are requesting deletion of your data under this policy

Identity verification requirement

Because this request removes a security-relevant identity link, we need to confirm the request is genuinely coming from the account holder before acting on it — for example, by asking you to confirm the request from the Discord account associated with the record, or by another reasonable method. This is to prevent someone from maliciously requesting deletion of another member's verification.

Approximate handling process

1. Request received and identity reasonably confirmed
2. Deletable data identified and removed from active systems
3. Any data that must be retained (see above) is noted back to you, with the reason
4. Confirmation sent once processing is complete

We aim to handle straightforward requests promptly, but we do not commit to a fixed number of hours or days, since volume and identity-verification steps vary. If a request is unusually complex, we will let you know.
